I am an experienced consultant and manager and held various leading positions in large scale water management projects. I studied planning and management science at the Radboud University Nijmegen (the Netherlands) and currently work as a partner.

I combine roles as consultant, manager and trainer for a broad variety of national and international clients. My field of experience lays in building coalitions between organisations and people in the field of water management and spatial planning.
I worked in the United States, Ghana, Bangladesh and several European countries. For the so called ‘Room for the River Waal‘ project at Nijmegen I have been rewarded with the prestigious International Waterfront Award in New York for its effective stakeholder engagement. For the project’s communication strategy, I won the Red Dot Public Space Award in Berlin.
